My only negative is they don't have a lot of padding; however, they are surprisingly comfortable even out of the box.

The new Pro Titan fits true to size, with heavy boot socks, has great arch support and was comfortable right out of the box. I will let you know it they wear as well as my previous pair. If they do you cannot go wrong with Timberland! service was fabulous as usual.
