The item was very good quality but I found the item for a lesser price after I had purchased from timberland but overall it was a good experience and I would use the services again.

look great - Looked great and were comfortable in the beginning. Months in, it proved to be heavy and hard on the feet--I am on my feet a lot. Would not buy for all day worker; good for management though!!

If you are looking for a pair of hiking boots, these are NOT what you want. I give them zero stars for hiking. I recently wore these with gel inserts on a 9 mile hike in the Shenandoah National Park and my feet hurt so bad I wanted to die. Needless to say, I will be shopping for a pair of actual hiking shoes now, but when these wear out, I will definately buy another pair for casual wear.
